3. Effects of Withdrawal
3.1 Refund
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
3.2 Refund Timeline
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
- 14 days after the day we receive back the goods, or
- 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

4.2 Hygiene and Health Products Exception
For hygiene and health reasons, dietary supplements that have been opened or had their seal broken cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal. This exception is in accordance with Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive.
4.3 Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
